One of the best Thai places in Mascot town. Consistently good and quick to serve everytime. Personal favourites are wonton soup, beef mince basil, pad see eu, pad phrik king with prawns, salt and pepper calamari. Its my go-to place and prices are pretty affordable for the flavour and quality as well as portion size. 10/10
Surprisingly good food, lots of flavour it was an accidental find. Also really good price I will be back.
Ordered a beef fried rice and asked for no broccoli ? but still gave, and the meat was raw , not cooked well. Definitely not going back again there to eat and recommend people avoid it.
Mascots best Thai restaurant. The Thai has been serving delicious food for a long time, and its ability to stay consistent with every dish gives it a strong customer following. The rotti was the perfect pallet starter and opened up my senses for what was to come. The 'Mascot Noodle Soup' with chicken and tofu. I enjoyed every part of the dish. The broth was lite and savoury, the chicken and tofu were nicely cooked, and each vegetable was prepared beautifully. I wish there was table service as I enjoy being served at my table. The restaurant atmosphere itself was kinda ok as you could hear the chefs cooking on their woks that was surrounded by music they were playing themselves, it felt more homely. This place has been a Mascot favourite and will stay a favourite of mine. K̄hxbkhuṇ
Really solid Thai place, but the whole neighborhood knows it. They are crazy busy in there and it can take a bit to get food. The food is great - though the portions aren't huge. The inside is tiny and you can see them cooking everything right there. Kudos to the staff for being such hard workers.
This joint is really popular, a lot of takeaway delivery & pick up orders, but they still managed to prepare our dine in orders relatively fast. I was impressed they could do it with just 3 staff on duty & yet still managed to prepare our food just the way it looks in the menu. Being Asian, l am impressed with the taste as well despite lacking coriander leaves. Good news for Muslims is that they are 'HALAL' certified. The dine in area is rather small, but not a problem since most locals order delivery or pick up
As I walked into the restaurant I noticed a great smell that made me feel like I was going to get some amazing jaw dropping food. The story changed a little though after the food I ordered arrived even though the service time was impeccable and possibly the fastest I’ve ever seen. Something that stood out straight away was the chicken skewers from looks being a 1/5 as it could have been steggles chicken from Woolies and the taste also complimented the looks the same way. So straight away I was let down which wasn’t a great start to my cute evening with my wife. Soon after the noodles arrived and in all honesty it looked quite nice but the noodles itself was quite rubbery in the middle and quite thick to a point where I had to chew more than I originally expected. Then the chicken in the noodles itself was also the same story like the everything else mentioned above it was rubbery in the middle which did not give it an authentic feel. Overall it was not incredible and my date was quite underwhelmed from the expectations we went with.
Cool restaurant where you can constantly hear wok scrapping and see tall flame. Excellence soft omelette. Best soft shell crab I had ever. Juicy inside and extremely crispy outside. Down points are the carrots in the papaya salad and sauce overuse on pad kee mao. Carrot taste is very distracting. Noodle got too much sauce and cannot get a proper sear even though the wok work appeared amazing. Overall a solid restaurant to feed in.
