The food was quiet good. The service was excellent and friendly. Try 40 thief grill mix.

Amazing restaurant, nice to have a halal option in Hoboken. Ambiance is great and the food is on point. The staff is extremely friendly and the chef/owner makes you feel right at home. It's nice to see a Muslim family has owned this restaurant for 30 years and is a cornerstone of the Hoboken culture. We'll be returning for sure and recommend the 40 thieves special.

Amazing shwarma sandwich. Kofta burger was also very good. Looking forward to going back.

My husband, kids and i visited this restaurant while visiting NJ. The food at the restaurant can be ALOT better for the price, decor is quite overwhelming. I was honestly very disappointed, we had searched and really wanted to eat some good kabob, but this was definitely not the place for good ones. Sorry if i sound too harsh. The waiter upon entering anounced "you have to make it quick since we are closing in 40minutes.

Have been here plenty of times with colleagues, family and friends. The food is great however the portions could be improved -- ambiance is classic middle eastern feel nestled in the heart of hoboken. Considering there is nothing else in the hoboken / newport area for Halal food this is a MUST do if your in the vicinity.

Nice to see a halal restaurant which is clean and tidy, professional and serving good food. Been here several times and tried the startes, sandwiches and platters. They are all great and reasonably priced. The kofta sandwiches and chiken wings are awesome.

Some of the food here is very good in comparison with other halal places in the area. A little more expensive than your average halal falalfel shop, but not quite at the fancy restaurant level. The staff confirmed that they use zabiha meat. They do allow people to bring their own alcohol - and even open it for them.

It's okay. The weirdest thing about this place is the bbq sauce they dump next to the lamb. I never ask for it. I've gotten the meat platter a twice, both times it was average. You should try it once to make your own decision. The wait staff is nice, courteous.

Just visited two days ago. Food is halal (Allah/Muhammad signs on the main wall). We tried the hot and spicy chicken sandwich and chicken tandoori. Both were decent.

Great place to take your wife or family. Run by a Palestinian brother; Palestinian cuisine. Great food, great service. Ambience could be better but otherwise a great choice for a semi-formal dinner!
