I had been going to this place when it first opened years ago and fancied their Turkish delicacies immensely. Yesterday I was turned away by this business because I complained about being skipped in line and their bad customer service. I was actually told to shut up by the cashier when I voiced my complaint. The customer that she charged behind me also voiced a similar complaint on my bahalf and yet she still ignored me. I only went here because they are the only halal place for a mile where I live that sells halal meat. There was another cashier there and she got involved in the fight.She told me that since she has never seen me before and my amount was less then five dollars they didn't care about what I had to say. I was really surprised with such rude behavior! What business doesn't want money even a dollar in this tight economy? Furthermore, I was the only sister there that wasn't Turkish but I never considered that a bad factor since we are all brothers and sisters in Islam. I will never be going there again if that is how they are going to treat people. I received no apology for this behavior and just wanted to make sure my others brothers and sisters in Islam know what happened to me. Like seriously they are times when I spend twenty dollars on cakes alone! Salam....... Everyone......
