This is one of my top three stores in Ottawa. They carry almost everything you would shop for back in Iran, and the prices are very reasonable. What truly makes this place special is the warm atmosphere created by the owner and staff. Everyone is incredibly friendly and welcoming — it honestly makes it hard to leave. They always offer complimentary sweets and pastries, which is such a thoughtful touch. Mina joon, the owner, is one of the sweetest people we’ve met in Canada. She is truly kind, generous, and has a beautiful soul. There’s always music playing, creating a cheerful mood in the store. On one of our recent visits, we were even dancing while shopping! As we were leaving, she kindly gifted us a pack of saffron just to make us happier — such a heartfelt gesture. I’ve never seen the staff be anything but positive and welcoming. Thank you for being such a beautiful part of our city.
