I have been a long-term customer at Gloria Jean’s and the service is always outstanding. Kaylan & Lexie are absolutely amazing and one of the main reasons I keep coming back. They both know my coffee order off by heart and always has it ready with a smile. Their customer service is second to none. Friendly, welcoming, professional, and genuinely interested in their customers. It’s rare to find someone who remembers the little details and makes every visit feel personal.
