Short walk from Prince Edward MTR station, it is worth the trip up there from anywhere in HK.as this place is special. It is not just Chinese but authentic Xinjiang province food! I never expected to be able to find Uyghur brothers so far south. The flavours are unlike anything you would have tried elsewhere, I guess it reflects the rich cultural heritage of being on the silk route like stir fried lemongrass and mint beef. The fried rice is darker and more spicy that usual and the Dim Sum"¦ oh Masha Allah the Dim Sum is Halal ! so so rare. Steamed Dim Sum was good as well as a special local one which was like a kebab patty wrapped in a thin parata. Keep to their native dishes which are better than their interpretation of other provinces. The ambiance is local and basic but clean and homely.
Halal Chinese, location is close to Mong Kok (10mins Walk). Food is very good. Highly recommend. We come to this place Once every two weeks without fair. The owner is muslim and greets me everytime with salams.
clean, friendly, reasonable priced. i believe u also do not get charged on service tax if you go b4 5pm.
