GoogleI cannot thank the team at Appart Hotel enough for their incredible help and professionalism. During my stay, I accidentally left my iPhone behind, which contained very important and irreplaceable personal data. The hotel team responded to my email promptly, kept me informed throughout the entire process, and went above and beyond to help me retrieve my phone. They coordinated with DHL to arrange the safe return of my device all the way to the UK — everything was handled with such care and efficiency. Thanks to their dedication, I was able to recover not just my phone, but also all the precious memories stored on it. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Paris. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip and thank them personally for their outstanding service!
