Hasir Kebabs

A small and clean kebab joint, with a few seatings facing the window. Have only tried the shish kebab, which is a bit too chewy. The bread and sauce is quite good though. Have tasted better shish somewhere else. Price is standard for a kebab in melbourne

Worst wrap on these streets and I’ve lived here for 5 years 35 mins to make a falafel wrap - slowest I’ve ever seen around here, added tomato when specifically requested not to and the whole thing tasted bad. Used to be good but after the last three times with what Looked like new staff every time - it’s a mess - don’t go (which I know isn’t easy when it’s proximate to the bar you’ve had a beer or several at, but you’ll leave unhappy, drunk and still hungry)

As a collingwood local myself. I have set a goal for myself to find the best HSP in the area. Hasir takes the crown. Meat always tastes amazing, sauces are impeccable, also paired with a perfect meat to chip ratio this makes it my go to spot for a hsp on smith st. The gozleme is top tier, as-well as their kebabs. The atmosphere inside is unmatched, perfect vibes one you have to experience yourself. The staff are always friendly and accommodating. Would 100% recommend for anyone popping through smith st looking for a feed with a non franchise.

After disappointment with several other HSP stores, I can assure that Hasir Kebabs is by far the best. Couple friends and I, always make sure we go to Hasirs at least once a week! The service and food quality is truly flawless. CONSISTENCY: Hasir Kebabs consistently serves high-quality meals, unlike other establishments. You don't have to bet while buying a HSP at Hasir's once you have a hunger for a HSP, you know at Hasir's every bite will meet up to your expectations. Hasir Kebabs always manages to deliver! QUALITY: The first bite will taste the same as the last bite of the HSP, The quality control is perfect and It's always the same if not better quality. Other HSP places find it hard to achieve this, every other kebab place I've went to either has soggy chips or terrible meat whilst Hasir's has neither of these flaws, a perfect balance of meat:chips:sauce ratio. This is no ordinary HSP the staff pour their passion into their meals going above and beyond to master their craft. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION: The two prominent employees at Hasir Kebabs are truly caring and passionate, It's a whole different atmosphere when you walk into the store. On the off occasion that mistakes happen they apologise sincerely and accommodate accordingly. Since 4 months ago, My friend and I have introduced ~15 other friends to Hasir's, all are treated kindly. They've been offered complimentary chips, drinks, or the option to pay later. Workers here don't manage a business; they distribute the pleasure of food. On my last visit, they offered free chips to reviewers (whatever the result of the review). When I order a kebab standalone, the waitress always gives me free chips. This is a restaurant that cherishes its customers, and I'm glad to eat here since I'm not just another face they see daily. TLDR: Don't waste your time at other Kebab stores and come to Hasirs as you will get what you paid for. Very good quality and quantity by far the most consistent place I've been too! Just one of the best local kebab shops. They genuinely respect their customers and appreciate every sale they make. They go above and beyond to assure customer satisfaction! Recommendation: If you're buying a HSP, get mix, all sauces with cheese and a can of solo. Truly a sinless sight! Critism: The main issue I had over at Hasirs is that sometimes their forks would break or bend whilst eating the HSP but aside from that trivial issue everything else is fine. Ate one of the best HSPs of my life here! The man gave free drinks and was extremely friendly. Portions were generous and everything was perfect. Food was piping hot, would highly recommend to anyone!

The mixed kebab was so good! They added tax after the price listed though which is illegal in Australia. What you see on the board is not what you pay. We couldn’t be bothered calling it out at the time, but it’s dodgy business practice.

Dodgy joint. Added an extra $2 to my kebab due to “weekend surcharge” without any signage. $18 Kebab contained meat and onion , no lettuce or tomato, didn’t realise until out of the joint. Generally dodgy business when called out on behaviour.
