Not family orientated does not cater for large families or groups contrary to website which states upto 50 people. Tried to seat us in a gazebo at the back whilst the country was experiencing gale force winds. So health and safety is not considered. The gazebo was shaking and the children were frightened but Martin the manager did not feel concerned. We phoned a day before to confirm our booking and this was not mentioned at time of booking nor when we called before our arrival. In addition the place was littered with rubbish which I took a photo of but cannot post but have tweeted. All in all a rubbish experience a small venue not family orientated and no consideration for health and safety. Would never consider going or recommending to anyone. I did inform them that I would give a bad review about experience but they were not bothered in the least. This is one place where the customer is never right!
