went there last night, the food was good and the owner was very nice. She confirmed and assured that her restaurant is serving halal meat. She said that her restaurant changed to all halal food menu since the OPEC office move in to very close proximity with them. I think the demand of halal food for them came exist ever since, so they changed all food into halal. they did served alcoholic drink though.
