The highlight of our stay in Baurech was the exceptional dinner prepared for our bachelorette party by private chef Pierre on Saturday evening. Leading up to the dinner, Pierre was friendly and responsive over email, helping us to curate the perfect three-course menu for our special evening. When he arrived at the Airbnb, he was relaxed and professional, requiring no assistance—he simply got to work, allowing us to fully enjoy the evening. The meal itself was outstanding, featuring: grilled octopus, sea bream ceviche, white asparagus, confit duck, lemon meringue pie and fresh fruit salad - all wonderfully presented and incredibly fresh, with superb flavour. After the meal, Pierre left the kitchen spotless. He was also thoughtful and accommodating, ensuring the menu catered to pregnant guests and those with gluten or lactose intolerances. We highly recommend booking Pierre for any large or small gathering—his cooking is exceptional, and he allows you to truly relax and enjoy the occasion. Many thanks Pierre!
