I really don’t understand how this place is still running. Every single day, the toilets reek of faeces — it’s honestly unbearable. And if that’s not bad enough, the toilets are constantly out of order. It’s as if fixing them isn’t even on their to-do list. The staff? Always looking angry or annoyed, and they act like helping customers is the worst part of their day. Zero friendliness, zero professionalism. Don’t even get me started. It’s not unusual to see half-eaten sandwiches or sushi boxes just tossed anywhere — on shelves, inside freezers, even near the till. This place is disgusting and stressful. I only come here when I absolutely have no choice.
