Staff has given verbal assurance of halal status.. All food at this restaurant is certified halal.
Open for serving the community with quality halal meat and everyday grocery needs. Restaurant has a separate entrance. It servers authentic Bangladeshi cuisine starting from appetizers to main course. It also servers traditional American fast food.

This has to be the best Halal grocery store I've been to in Atlanta. The place is super clean for a Muslim grocery store. The people are friendly and they are very transparent on their prices.
Alhamdulilah, very honest very friendly very professional. Other restaurant/grocery stores should learn from al Amin
Very clean store! Wonderful tasting, authentic, Bengali food! I would recommend this restaurant and store to anyone. Very nice customer service.
one of the cleanliest super market in Atlanta, i love there Bangladeshi sweet selections one of my favorites. Highly recommended.
Very clean store and all the Indian/Pakistani/Bangladeshi groceries are available. Meat is fresh and reasonable price. Restaurant has good food options. The lady to take orders was very nice and helpful with the menu. Reasonable priced. Restroom was very clean.
Great food and very clean place
We went to check out their famous beef tehari & morog polao! But unfortunately those were finished. So we ended up with plain rice, ruhi fish dopeaza, beef bhuna & daal! The foods were amazing. Had authentic Bangladeshi taste after a long long time. If anyone wants to try Bangladeshi cuisine, it’s a must go place! In Shaa Allah we’ll visit them again if we visit Atlanta ?
UPDATE: I tried contacting the email address but never received a response. Don't trust and fall for their messages. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- We had an extremely disappointing experience at Al-Amin Restaurant. Ordered Bhuna Gosht, and it was nothing but bones and fat. I politely mentioned it and requested a better plate, but the second serving was just as bad. The fish and BBQ items were equally terrible—poor quality and barely edible. The worst part? The server knew the food was bad but admitted that management told them to serve it anyway! This kind of attitude towards customers is unacceptable. Definitely not going back and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Avoid at all costs! I wish I could give them 0 star!
The food was good, but the poor service ruined the experience. While we were still eating, the guy from the register started sweeping the floor, moving our chairs, and even letting the broom touch my leg, which felt very unhygienic. Says it was closing time, even though the restaurant was supposed to close at 10 PM, and this happened around 9:30 PM. If accommodating dine-in customers at that hour is such a hassle, they shouldn't accept them in the first place.
The Kacchi Goat Biryani at Al-Amin is a must try. I do like the Chicken Biryani however nothing can beat the taste, aroma and tenderness of the Kacchi goat biryani. Melts in your mouth. Saturday is perhaps the only day the store makes it from scratch. 1:30 PM ET great time to stop by that’s when the handi opens. Restrooms available. Adjacent grocery store. To go boxes available too. Totally recommend.
This hidden gem has delicious Bangladeshi food that was well worth the drive and wait. Their Tehari was outstanding. We also had their fuchkas, samosas, biriyani and fish dishes which were all finger licking good! We went back there 2 days in a row when we were in Atlanta. This is attached to pretty good Bangladesh grocery store that carried everything from fresh halal meat and Bangladeshi fish to spices, packaged food and sweets. This is our go-to place for delicious Bangladeshi food and Bangladeshi groceries whenever we go to Atlanta!
Great easy going neighborhood restaurant for casual dining. With friends and family. With great tasting food and groceries if you need.
I recently visited this international grocery store and restaurant in Atlanta, and overall, it was a good experience. One of the highlights was the vibrant gathering of Bangladeshi people, which added to the authentic atmosphere. The store offers a variety of snacks, food, and fish that you can purchase. I would like to recommend a few brands that stood out to me: for Puffed rice (Muri), I enjoyed the G.R. Brand, and for Chanachur, both Sagar and Mejbani were great options. If you're a fan of cookies, I highly suggest trying the Tip Salted biscuits. In terms of fresh produce, they had a selection of vegetables such as bottle gourd (lau), malabar spinach (pui shak), and Eddoe (mukhi). However, I deducted one star from my rating because some of the items were not as fresh as I had hoped. On the bright side, the mangoes, likely imported from Mexico, were of good quality. One area where this store could improve is its Point of Sale system. It would be beneficial for them to update it with online ordering capabilities and a dedicated app. I noticed that other similar grocery stores in the area use ORO POS and Menugreat, allowing customers to place orders online. This upgrade would provide added convenience for shoppers. The staff at the store were incredibly helpful and accommodating. They were willing to process chicken, beef, and fish without any additional charge, which was a nice gesture. While tipping is not mandatory, I would recommend showing your appreciation for their service. Don't miss the opportunity to dine at their restaurant, especially for their Biriyani and Beef Tehari. Additionally, if you're a fan of Hilsha fish, I highly recommend trying their hilsha fish fry instead of cooking it yourself. Lastly, before leaving, make sure to indulge in their delicious milk tea. Overall, this international grocery store and restaurant in Atlanta offers a great variety of products and a welcoming atmosphere. With a few updates, such as online ordering options, it has the potential to enhance the overall customer experience
Went there for shopping groceries and raw items. Their collection is really good. The price is a bit higher though than other Bengali supermarkets.
