GoogleUsed to love this place,Food was great,staff were brilliant and I remember the days the ladies used to get a rose before leaving the restaurant,(made you feel special.) I hate the fact that I am writing this review but I was beyond let down on a recent visit here. I went with a couple of members of my family who were not impressed from start to finish with the whole dining experience. It started with dirty plates, so dirty that all 5 plates had dried food residue stuck on them,(ok they were replaced them with clean ones but thats not the point).My partner got half way through his main meal only to find a thick black hair init, so obviously we all stopped eating as this was extremely off putting and sent the dinners back, No sorry or would you like a replacement. Then to top it all off I looked at the tall waiter leaning against the bar in there to ask for the bill only to find him picking the wax out of his ear with a pen, absolutely shocking!!! The bill came and they had not even taken the meal with the hair init off, so I had to complain, we would not ever eat in Magna again so disappointed with the whole experience really gone down hill for us.
