ok shawarma. owner said food is halal but no sign anywhere says halal. odd maybe i missed it.

The owners are friendly here. They remembered me the second time I went. I have been here atleast three times. I order the combination platter usually which has three types of kebab. I get it with salad and it comes with hummus and pita bread. The hummus is not the thicker type but its decent. I like the kebobs here and the friendly service.

Great local mom-and-pop kebab shop. Try the gyro sandwich with the baklava, or a large plate just to savor their delicious toum (garlic spread). IMO the best toum in Orange County, beats Trader Joe's and other chain and non-chain Mediterranean restaurants' I've tried.

I walk in to pick up an order and the old man at the counter tells me “I’m working ma’am” very rudely before I could finish my sentence, he walked away and ignored me while another lady helped me. I forgot to mention there was no one else in the restaurant.

Best Mediterranean food in town! Mama’s Kabab serves up authentic and delicious gyro, falafel, shawarma, and more. I wouldn’t have though much of this place look at it from the outside but my friend recommended it he lived near by. It’s a cozy spot, lady that helped us didn’t talk much but she has a very warm smile and very sweet. I felt very welcomed there Food is fresh, and clean. Feels like homemade. I’d definitely recommend this spot if you like Mediterranean food
