10 stars. Been in La 8 years. This is the best indian food. I used to drive 30 min to Mint Leaf in Pasadena but this place is better. Have been coming for a few months now. Faves are Matar Paneer, Chicken Makhani, Chicken Tikka Masala, and Keema Naan. Will not disappoint. Best for takeout imo.
Ok so the owner & and the servers are really friendly and food is decent BUT the problem is in their kitchen area and staff working there !! Constantly Cursing & Shouting at each other which makes the environment there extremely TOXIC !!! Trust me, I'm not exaggerating, either the kitchen staff are always in tremendous pressure or it's just "normal for them to behave like this! Can't imagine bringing family specially kids here unless they take care of this particular situation there ASAP !!!
Went for lunch and it was all good. The place was completely empty. But saw a bunch of food delivery pick-ups. I loved hearing the latinos in the back blasting music ? it was amazing. Sounded like an amazing party! The gentleman in the front needs some customer service skills hilariously not giving AF. Got our food and it was good. The only bad thing is that the place was HOT AF! I have no clue what was going on. Had to hurry and finish up to GTFO. Probably won't be coming back to dine-in but I might order to go. ?
Food was great. I just want to keep eating, fare was well seasoned and light. Service was on hand since we were the only ones there. Hidden gem.
One of the worst foods I ever had. They really don't taste good. I had very expectations though.
First I must say, don't let the lack of people scare you off. It seems like the majority of their business is take out. We were the only ones in the restaurant who are there. I had the Lamb Tikka Marsala and it was fantastic. I ordered it medium/hot and the spice level was spot on, lots of flavor and spice without being too spicy. My wife got the Chicken Tandoori and it was excellent as well. Our server was friendly and helpful in making suggestions. I highly recommend trying it.
Very little restaurant but elegant at the same time. The stuff was very nice and the food was very tasty, first time eating Indian food and definitely I like it. I will definitely will back.prices are reasonable but the only thing is than the meno doesn't have pictures.
I ordered via Uber Eats, and shame on this restaurant for their blatant bait-and-switch tactics on their bundles! This is the second time I’ve ordered a bundle from them, and both times they’ve pulled this stunt. The first time, I didn’t add any notes, and they conveniently left out the Coca-Cola that was supposed to be included. I let it slide, but this time I specifically added a note to not forget the Coca-Cola in the $19.99 bundle. What do they do? They sneakily adjust the price and charged an extra $2.99 + tax for something that was already supposed to be included in the bundle! This is nothing but shady business and pure exploitation of online platforms. I hate when restaurants try to take advantage of customers like this. Absolutely disgraceful. Note to the restaurant: Update your mobile delivery listings and remove the bundles!
