When we came to store, the lady at the counter rudely questioned \"what do you want\" this should have been an omen of bad things to come; however, we tried to order falafel and hummus; we asked for pita and she rebuked us and shooed us to the cashier whilst holding a bag of pita in her hand. The cashier was no better. When we asked for hot sauce, the cashier responded \"only one!\" as if We were asking for 8 servings of hot sauce. Overall the customer service is extremely poor at this location of vile medina. I recommend going to halal Italian restaurant in the same food court. They might have better service.
The guy that was working there was very nice but this lady was very passive aggressive. I came back and asked for some extra spice and she drenched my food with hot sauce. I told her ok stop and she still kept going for a little longer until the food was super spicy. I’m asian so I’m use to spice but I dislike her attitude. They also didnt have wraps and falafel available so i settled eith the rox box and it’s 80% rice.
