My family & I have dined here multiple of times, I’ve always spoken very highly of this place & recommended it to many people… Aesthetically pleasing with all its decor.. Tonight, on Valentine’s Day standards were dropped, HARD! Was only seated with two Valentine’s “Special” menu rather than the standard menu’s nor did we receive any drinks or cocktail menu’s until we got the attention of KiKi whom was very attentive & helpful despite the overall bad experience from everyone else.. Our mains arrived before the starter, the lamb chops were Luke warm & “Mediterranean Veg” was just Aubergine with Gratin on the side.. the waiter took it back after two bites & it was reheated, between my wife & I we have over a decade of catering experience and never have I ever reheated somebody’s EATEN food, you simply just make a fresh portion…. The absolute deal breaker was the fly in our Prawn Cocktail salad which may I add looked like a toddler slapped it together on playtime… The Mai Tai barely had any alcohol, came more like a mocktail… Despite the special occasion, no restaurant should ever have the audacity to charge people whilst offering poor service; it is absolutely appalling!! Unorganised Chaos, was not even busy, clear to see poor management as not one host // server had their own dedicated section… I hope this serves as constructive feedback for the entire team & you all learn a lesson or two in customer service & dining experiences.
