We broke down in our motorhome in Mulhouse - suspect faulty battery. Our insurance company contacted Car One. We managed to jump start the motorhome & we took it to the garage 10 minutes away. They were waiting for us to arrive. They immediately welcomed us and offered coffee whilst the mechanics looked at it. They soon diagnosed it was the battery and what the cause was. They replaced the battery & assured all connections were fully restored. They also took photos to enlighten us of the issue. The owner also came to greet us & he was very polite and we were in full conversation with them using a Translate App. The whole experience lasted for approximately 2 hours, but they were so friendly & helpful. I would strongly recommend them. It certainly eased our frustration. Thank you.
