I got the beef filet with foie gras. It was good! I'd give it a 4.5...it's rare to get halal steak. The highlight was the service...kudos to the serer lady running back and forth handling everything, she was very nice

If you like to chew your food or may have to go pee then avoid this place. Fake reviews. Halal maybe? Local guides give it 1 star. Fake 1 review accounts give it 5 stars. There is no ladies washroom. 4 steaks at our table were so tough they were chewed and spit out. Forgot to cut pizza. Pizza so bad even the kids wouldn't eat it. Had to ask for water. Had to ask for plates. Waitress never came back. And the single working toilet is disgusting and had no toilet seat in a washroom full of spiders! Run don't walk AWAY from this place!

The best part of our visit was when we could leave. This was by far one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve ever had — and I deeply regret choosing Oulala Halal Restaurant for what was supposed to be a special meal with my non-Muslim family. It was their first time at a halal restaurant, and unfortunately, this place gave them a very bad impression. The restaurant was nearly empty when we arrived — which now makes perfect sense. The staff spoke poor English and poor French, and couldn’t answer basic questions, like what kind of fish was in the fish and chips (most likely frozen fillets). They completely messed up our pizza orders. One pizza meant to be a Margherita was served with ham, and the waitress actually argued that Margherita is supposed to have ham on it. She gave the wrong pizza to the wrong person and didn’t even know which was which. On top of that, there were random ingredients like whole olives awkwardly thrown on top. We ordered two fish and chips. Only one arrived with the rest of the meals — the second one just never came. After a while, we were told they had run out of fish and my father had to choose something else, meaning he sat without food while everyone else ate. When I said this wasn’t acceptable and asked for some compensation, the waitress agreed. Then I took a bite of my fish and chips (which cost €17) and discovered it was completely black and burnt on the bottom. I pointed it out to the chef, and instead of apologizing, he argued that this was normal because they cook it in the oven — even though fish and chips are supposed to be deep-fried. I couldn’t eat it, and eventually they agreed to bring me a pizza instead, so I sat waiting again, watching everyone else eat. The food overall was terrible: cold, undercooked pizza dough, a rubbery entrecôte, overpriced and tiny portions. The restaurant was dirty and run-down. The waitress and chef were both rude and dismissive. When it was time to pay, they first offered a laughable €4 discount. After some discussion, the waitress agreed to take one pizza off the bill (€15), but just as I was about to pay, the chef interrupted and insisted we pay full price. When I asked the waitress why she changed her mind, her exact words were: “Not my problem, I’m just a worker.” Absolutely shameful. The best part of the evening was leaving this place. I’ll never return, and I strongly advise others — Muslim or not — to stay far away from this disaster of a restaurant.

Very disappointed with this place. The food was below par. We asked for tagliatelle and the waiter came back from the kitchen and said that the chef did not want to turn on the water to boil it and make tagliatelle and offered us instead penne. We insisted on the tagliatelle and ordered steaks. The steaks were tiny and they cost 30 euros each. The food was flavorsome however. The toilet was absolutely filthy. Only one functioning toilet and it was so dirty. We ordered a pizza to go and that took a whole 20 min wait after we paid the bill. The pizza was also burnt at the base! All in all I would not recommend going there!

I order Chicken escalope + passion coconut & Tiramisu as dessert. It tastes super good for me. Whats better is the staff really nice and helpful! They try so speak English and their English is good as well. Checking whether the food is delicious during meal time is also one of excellent service. Also they provide charging spot (bring your own charger). This one is very critical for me haha.

Really great place, at a walking distance from the Pantheon. Everything is halal on the menu. Ordered the fillet steak and it was delicious. Tried the strawberry virgin mojito too and it was really good. Manager was super nice, very good service!

Wonderful steak restaurant. Food was perfectly cooked and very warm service. Visiting from London and loved the fact this restaurant was authentic and halal! Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Came to this restaurant particularly for it's halal menu. Food was fantastic. We were cold and someone got the fireplace on for us. Toasty! Thanks for the wonderful meal!
