(Veg Review) Had a good lunch at Tandoori Palace. The food was tasty and authentic. What we ordered: - Veg Biriyani - The best Biriyani I’ve had outside India - Shahi Paneer - Authentic and Delicious - Starter platter - veryyy yum, crispy and perfect quantity. - Aloo Gobi - Authentic and fresh cauliflower All the dishes are plated very well. Only downside is the atmosphere, there’s not enough lighting nor good ventilation. It’s a summer spot (Friedrichshafen) and so, ventilation and Air conditioning is important. There’s also outdoor seating and that is a good spot for evening dinners. Really liked the service a lot, would recommend but maybe (sit outside and enjoy!)

My wife and I ate here and the food is great and the staff is very friendly. It’s worth noting that this is a cash or PayPal only payment.
The food was really good and tasty. We ordered two appetizers : salads and baked dough made of chickpeas filled with different kind of vegetables. The portions of appetizers were big and filling. So I recommend ordering only one if you can’t eat much. For the main course, we ordered mutton tandoori that came fresh sizzling in metal plate with different kind of vegetables. The meat was so soft that it melts in the mouth without chewing. The other dish was vegetarian curry paprika dish that was also super tasty with a European level of hotness. The service was really good, fast and friendly.
Service very good. Sat outside. Mutton masala was very tasty with basmati rice and nan. Chicken Tika was cubed breast meat and was too dried out to eat. Not at all like chicken Tikka I used to eat in Karachi back in the 80s. The fresh lime soda was too sugary and not authentic.
I have reviewed this restaurant 11 months ago as 2 star, after my recent visit, I am impressed by the improvements in quality of food and the effort from the owner to satisfy the customer…. Although not the best authentic Indian food but highly appreciated the effort and improvement.
