Amazing Lahore style food in heart of Brooklyn. Our daughter lives a block away and we get our "home style food" fix at Hadi. The chicken kebabs are always awesome - supremely flavorful and not too spicy. We ask them to freeze 50 pcs ($1.50 each) to bring back to Vegas with us. Keeps us going. Best item to eat in the restaurant is the "Kadhai Chicken" which for $12 is an absolute steal. They make it fresh and more than enough for 4 people to share - with our items ordered. All our families take great pride in our Kheer (Rice pudding) recipes - but I gotta tell ya - this place beats most. A "MUST" try item on their menu.
I ordered from this place twice, on two consecutive days. Same exact order, same price. First time portions were generous and food was good, so I thought I found a new favorite takeout spot. Second time food was just as good, but the containers were small, all in all less than half of the amount of food compared to previous day. In the photo first order containers are on the left, second order on the right, appreciate the size difference. This is no way to treat repeat customers. I will not be back.
Poor excuse for a respectable Pakistani restaurant. Avoid is possible and if you cannot double and triple check your food. I very rarely write negative reviews, but the staff severely cheated me on my order and by the time I was home I had 1/2 my order. We called up ahead this morning for 6 portions of halwa-puri. We arrived it was ready, we paid and left. He assured us that all was there. When we got home we had the correct number of puri and halwa but 1/2 the amount of channa. So we all ate 1/2 as much as we should have. Disgusting staff ruined our breakfast. Ps. This establishment doesn’t take card, it points you towards their in store atm and hides their tax. Good luck removing this post from the web / IRS.
Think twice before ordering here!! Not at all hygienic. Read many reviews claiming the place was gross and dirty but trusted the good taste reviews and ordered online. The food was stale, cold and disgusting. I ordered Palak Paneer which is supposed to be vegetarian, and the curry had two pieces of chicken in it. Completely careless and worst service, when I tried to call them they were not ready to listen or believe. All i would say is avoid this place if you dont want to upset your stomach or have unhygienic and gross food.
Love it! Food is good and cheap! Everting fresh because they all time busy . They works at night as well. You should try the bread (naan), they make all the time fresh bread if you ordering ??????

Review: Cow Foot soup “Paya”: Cow foot soup is no surprise - the delicacy is served all around the world from Jamaica, Uzbekistan, Greenland, and so much more Pakistani style is the heaviest and spiciest out if all of them. I had to get out of my chair and walk around for a bit after my first spoon because it was so heavy and oily. Small soup for $7 - Eating my way through immigrant-owned small businesses in NYC... I ordered chicken korma from Hadi Catering, and what I received was nothing like any korma I’ve ever had before. It tasted like pure oil, and the appearance was completely off. On top of that, I’ve never been to a restaurant that doesn’t include white rice with their entrees—it’s ridiculous! To make matters worse, all the food we ordered was completely bland and tasteless. Definitely not ordering from here again.
