Pizza Palace is consistently great! Freshness and taste are always top-notch! Delivery is always fast! We've ordered many times. Yes, things have gone wrong occasionally, but we've been able to overlook them. The only thing that really needs improvement is the herb butter! It's missing herbs, butter, and salt. Otherwise, keep up the good work!

I strongly advise against visiting this place! I've been completely ripped off here several times now. Sometimes they quote higher prices than what's on the price board. They shamelessly exploit their customers' trust. Just today I went back to the pizzeria, assuming it was a mistake. I ordered and paid for two large pizzas. When I got home and opened the box, I found two medium pizzas! I couldn't believe it, so I measured them again, just to be sure. And guess what – instead of the ordered 32 cm, the ruler showed 28 cm. When I finally confronted the server, he completely lost it in an utterly embarrassing way, yelling at me and actually accusing me of being too stupid to use a ruler! This reaction only confirms for me that this place is completely unfriendly to customers and unprofessional. Therefore, you're better off finding another pizzeria in the area unless you have some spare cash you'd like to be ripped off or enjoy the staff's behavior as a kind of comedy show. The food, by the way, is only worth about two stars. It's often burnt or oversalted.

I ordered from there today for the first and last time. The food arrived within the stated half hour, but nothing was edible. Both pizzas were too dark and rock hard. I specifically asked what was on mine beforehand, and then there were other toppings on it. The so-called shrimp were the worst. The salad was ancient, dry, and bitter. The dressing was lumpy and overly sweet. They didn't even ask which dressing I wanted. The accompanying drink was barely chilled.

Consistently delicious "German" pizza with thick crust and plenty of toppings. The salad selection isn't extensive, but it's always fresh. Delivery has always been within 30 minutes for me – perfect!

Please disregard old reviews from before April 2015; they refer to a different pizzeria that used to be there! I'm a regular customer, and the current owner completely renovated the place when he took it over. He's always very friendly and accommodating. The food is always delicious—especially the 42c with a little spicy sauce—and they also offer Indian dishes for takeout that aren't on the menu, which my wife really loves. So, a full 5 stars!
