We have been loyal customers of this restaurant for several years, which makes this review especially disappointing to write. Over time, we noticed a dramatic decline in both quantity and overall value while prices continued to increase. Our latest order was honestly shocking: the butter chicken contained only three very small pieces of chicken breast with a total weight of around 50 grams, yet the dish cost approximately €22. This is simply unacceptable and feels extremely misleading for longtime customers. What makes the situation even worse is that we contacted the owner directly to express our concerns in a respectful way, but unfortunately received no meaningful response at all. Good restaurants value customer feedback , especially from returning customers who supported the business for years. We fully understand that prices may increase due to inflation or rising costs, but reducing portion sizes to this extent while charging premium prices is not reasonable and leaves customers feeling taken advantage of. Sadly, after many years of ordering from here, we have decided not to return. Very disappointing experience.
For my Indian friends it was not spicy enough but for everyone tho, it was very tasty. Would come back to have some of everything.
It was my first time but definitely not the last time having dinner at this amazing place. The waiter was incredibly welcoming, friendly and we loved his recommendations. He was happy to guide us through the menu, always with a smile on his face. And the food was incredibly flavourful and tasty. See you again soon.
Stopped by Ginti with colleagues during a business trip to Cologne, and it was an absolutely wonderful surprise. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. Every single dish we tried was truly amazing; authentic, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The prices are very reasonable, offering fantastic value for the quality. The restaurant itself is spacious and easily accommodated our large group without feeling cramped. The decor is authentic and on-point, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. To top it all off, the waitstaff were incredibly friendly and attentive.
We came as a group of 10 on Friday night and had a wonderful experience. The service was excellent – friendly, attentive, and quick to take our orders. The menu offers a wide variety of dishes, and everything we tried was fresh, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the food felt truly authentic. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to enjoy great Indian cuisine!
