Such a warm and welcoming experience! From outside, this place isn’t loud. Located near Blvd Saint Germain, and St Michel, it is neither ostentatious nor fashionable. But it’s low-key, quiet, and intimate. It only has a few tables so it never gets too loud or too crowded. And it has excellent service and food. The menu is simple. Only a selection of dishes. This restaurant is like one of those places that are historical. I think this one has stood here since WW2 in the same way. The owner is lovely, and very friendly. This place seemed personal, not commercial or over the top, unlike a lot of other restaurants in the vicinity. I strongly recommend it to everyone. As a vegetarian my options were limited but I never really have eaten a couscous so good. And portion sizes are quite big. Not like usual French portions that are usually small, so keep in mind while you’re ordering. I will definitely will be coming back. This is one of those hidden spots that only regulars know and love. And now I understand why.
