Staff has given verbal assurance of halal status. From the management: 'All of our lamb is halal. We currently serve lamb chops and lamb picanha. Please note our lamb chops are prepared with a white wine marinade. Request lamb chops to be prepared without this marinade. The wagyu cut is also halal, and is from Australia!'

I think your explanation is poor, you said halal because its only salted but how about the way animal was killed. Aside from whats everyone's definition for halal, most agreed about is that ita only halal if the animal was killed in Islamic way. So can you please confirm that?

Only the lamb is zabihah. I spoke to the manager who confirmed. The lamb is from New Zealand. It is expensive but delicious. They serve rack of lamb and roast lamb. There is a buffet with plenty of salads, cheeses, rice, and fruit.
