GoogleI had to visit my Parisian friend’s best burger place whilst in Paris but I wasn’t expecting much. When I hear “organic” or “ethically sourced” I immediately jump to “compromise on taste” but I was very wrong. I tried 3 flavours: original, nine (bbq) and Neruda and all were delicious. The latter was my favourite - so fresh and unique, a minty avocado taste- just beautiful. I will definitely be back to try the Wallace. A million bonus points for remembering to include the best of creation on the wall of legends. And yes, this is now my favourite burger place as well - I would love a branch in the UK.
