GoogleI went to Sam’s Kitchen at their East Ham branch and ordered the wings family meal and chicken fillet burgers. The customer service was okay, but the guy at the front was doing everything by himself serving customers and preparing the food. The lady in the kitchen seemed unsure of what to do and looked confused and under pressure. The wait time was quite long. The person serving me was rushing with my order, and I had to ask him to give me some chilli sauce. Unfortunately, he didn’t include any ketchup or mayonnaise with the order. Another disappointing thing is that the large meal doesn’t come with a drink, which is quite shameful for such a big order. The hot wings were just okay definitely not the best. They also need better cleaning because there was hair on some of the wings. While a few wings tasted good, I still had to remove hairs from them, which completely ruins the experience. The chips were a bit soggy, and they sprinkled chilli and salt on them but still called them peri peri chips, which they definitely weren’t. I’d like to suggest to the owner to please show more care towards customers. Add drinks to the large meals and stop being so stingy with the sauces. Overall, the experience could be improved a lot with some basic attention to quality and customer service.
