Food - chicken mandi is good. Goat is smelly. Beware of their billing - they will add service charge of 10% on your bill and if you don't notice it then you have paid 10+15% (tip) = 25% on top of the food charge. This has been done by the young guy and gal sitting on the front desk. DONOT appreciate it!
As far as the food goes, there is not much left to desire once you eat here. They make the best Chicken Karahi one can get anywhere in the US. I also tried their Chapli Kababs which were top notch. The Chicken Seekh kababs, were however average in terms of taste. The portion sizes at this location are very good. The place is not very well kept though. I went to the restroom and was immediately put off by how unclean it was. It seemed that it had not been thoroughly cleaned for weeks as the corners were littered with hair and other trash. If the owners just spend 5 minutes a day keeping the restrooms clean it would definitely leave a good impression on the patrons. Going back to the food, their Chapli kababs are more Peshawari style than Afghani style, i.e. they are thicker and bigger. They also make a killer goat karahi. They also make some killer Lahori style Chanay or chick peas. Their naans although acceptable were too generic in taste and texture. They should learn how to make better naans from Iranian or Afghani places all around the area. Overall it is a good place to eat if you don\'t care much about ambiance and just looking tasty food.
This place has good food. Warning: the place is not very clean. We tried the tandoori chicken, beef nehari, and seekh kabab. We are all satisfied with the taste and quality of the food. I wish the place was cleaner. I don\'t know what it is with these desi owned restaurants. Desi restaurant owners: CLEAN YOUR PLACE. It is a significant dissatisfier. IF I ever decide to go back, it will strictly be Take-Out. Recap: Food is good. Facility is bad.
I thought this place was excellent. Yes, they aren't quick, but at least you know the food is fresh. The gola kababs were out of this world, melt-in-your-mouth good. And the rumaali roti was incredible-- I don't think I've ever eaten it outside of Pakistan. The grill platter was so tender, but yes, very spicy. I think this may be one of the best Pakistani restaurants in Fremont.
This Is The Best pakistani resturant in fremont california i give them a million stars there food is fresh best service really authentic reminds me of pakistan ! i come here all the time i stopped making food at home lol astagfirullah ! you have to try there food guys !
Food tastes good but very Spicy, service was slow bringing food one after other. Parking is only available in Safeway side.
Location is not great as you have to park in the safeway parking lot opposite the road, was told over the phone they accepted cards but was asked cash on arrival, few atm\'s nearby so not much of a hassle. On to the food, ordered seekh kabab and they were decent, more spicier than the other places however the chicken achari was bland with virtually no gravy and dry like feel, definitely a miss. Customer Service seems non existent, with places such as Pakwan and Mirchi nearby they really need to up their quality of food and service else they might disappear into anonymity pretty soon.
Food is really good, super spicy , Biryani, Gola Kabab , paratha are a hit, service needs work as its a family run place who seem new to this business. A bit of encouragement and patience on part of customers may help make this a permanent joint for east bay.
