The Butcher's Wife welcomes you to our Pizzas, Pastas & Grills Café and take-out. You will find us in the heart of Athlone wherein lies our family heritage and legacy. Our rich history, which started in this quaint suburb of Athlone, dates back to the 1930's when the Gangraker family first came to settle and trade here. Quality, service and hygiene have always been part of the business ethos and have since been passed down from generation to generation. Today you will find and experience that very standard when visiting their stores.

We stopped here for a late night snack and bought 2 pizzas to go. Service was fast and friendly and the pizzas were really good. The place was extremely busy yet they allowed us time and waited patiently while we looked at the menu. Also the bathroom was clean.
Muneerah Murudker
This is a small but fabulous restaurant in Belgravia. The pastas and pizzas are delicious, we order from them all the time. The venue is very small so limited seating - it is very busy and crowded on weekends. Parking on Belgravia road is limited but there are several side roads where you would be able to park.

GoogleThis place is worth all the hype. The food was amazing. Very unique taste. The ribs were grilled to perfection, I have to say, I personally found it better than Spur's ribs. Service was great and we didnt have to wait long to be seated nor further food to arrive. The owners are warm, friendly and welcoming. Will definitely be returning soon.
