I had the Southwest Burger meal. It was tasty and well spiced. Service was fast and friendly and restaurant is clean.
Undeniably the best food I’ve ever had. I had never tried Pakistan-American food prior to today and needless to say, it was delicious. Customer service was great, and got a mouth watering recommendation from workers. 10/10, coming back again!
I recently visited mr broast for a dine in experience, ordering wings and fried chicken. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. After waiting 30 minutes, I received fried chicken that wasn’t fresh or warm enough. I approached the counter and explained the issue, but the staff member, Amir, was incredibly rude and Insulting. Instead of addressing the problem professionally, he acted as though he was doing me a favor by even talking to me. When I asked for a resolution, he told me it would take 20 minutes to fix the issue. I asked what exactly would take 20 minutes and why it took 30 minutes earlier if the food wasn’t fresh. He explained that the chicken had been cooked but was left in a cold spot because they were waiting for the wings. It’s shocking that such a big restaurant doesn’t even have proper facilities to keep food warm. On top of that, Amir’s unprofessional attitude and lack of communication made the situation worse. Instead of apologizing or offering a solution, he made me feel like my concerns didn’t matter. This experience was unacceptable, and I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for good service and fresh food.
Good food and service, friendly and casual atmosphere, all worthy of a mention, a taste and complements! We started coming here about 2 years ago, upon seeing the menu item "Zinger Burger", and the slogan, Home of the Zinger Burger". And boy, was that a treat!!( Later we tried the chicken pieces, the samosas (both the beef and the potato varieties), the funnel cake, and the Gyro Pita. Every time, or taste buds applauded! So we keep coming back for more. Mr. Broast is one of those little places that deserves fame!!! And so, licking our lips in anticipation, we eagerly await our 8 pcs Leg and Thigh (14,99!!!)
#Mr.Broast found a good blend of spices to serve to the local residents as well as ethnic communities from #SouthAsia #Pakistan #India #Bangladesh #MiddleEast The best thing is that all the food is #halal. While they carry #broast, they have some popular street food from #Karachi including #BunKabab #AndaParatha #Falooda Another great thing is that it is open day and night. Good spot to hangout for night owls. In drinks, they added bubble tea and drinks to the conventional drinks. On 9/20, I had a new experience. The prices on display may not always be valid. The display shows Omelette Pratha roll as $6.99 while on the cash register it is $7.99. I hope they review and fix it. #MrBroast #food #travel #fastfood #Chicago #Illinois
I ordered chicken biryani To-Go order. All the chicken pieces smell and taste like spoiled or left over. They take advantage of customers who order food for takeout because they aren’t going to drive back to complain or make them fresh food
The service was exceptional—everyone was incredibly friendly and accommodating! The breakfast, made to order, was fantastic, and the Chai was absolutely delicious. Plus, it's just minutes from O’Hare International Airport, making it super convenient. I’ll definitely be returning next time I’m in Chicago!
I’m really glad I found this place in Chicago! I had the chicken biryani and fried chicken, and both were absolutely delicious. The portion sizes were generous, making it great value for the price. The chai was another highlight rich, flavorful, and reminiscent of the quality chai you’d find in the Middle East. It had just the right balance of spices and sweetness. Service was excellent as well. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made the experience even better. As a nice bonus, they offer a $5 discount after your first purchase. But honestly, the main reason I’ll be coming back is the food it’s that good Definitely a must visit spot if you're in Chicago.
I do not recommend the Nashville hot chicken if you specifically want that flavor. I got it and it smelled like vinegar, but there was no vinegar in the seasoning. The seasoning was less Nashville hot chicken oil, and more cayenne pepper paste. I was not given a choice of spice level, but this was way way up there. I am a hot head, and this was too hot and too thick to enjoy. I ended up throwing the food away because it was virtually inedible. The sauce was not evenly applied, so I was able to try just the chicken on its own and that did seem well made. My review is based exclusively on the cayenne pepper paste that was slathered on my food. Different dishes might be good there, but I do not think I will be making another trip to try their various other offerings.
