I recently visited Hotstar in Bankstown and had a disappointing experience with their chicken. Unfortunately, it seemed like the chicken had been out of the freezer for too long, especially on such a hot day. The chicken is bad and smelly. After eating just one piece, I started to feel quite unwell, which was surprising and concerning. I couldn't believe that they would serve chicken of such poor quality to customers. I hope they take better care in ensuring the freshness and safety of their food in the future. It's crucial for restaurants to prioritize food quality to keep their customers safe and satisfied.
