Nando's Flame-Grilled PERi-PERi Chicken tantalizes tastebuds from London to Leeds, Bristol to Brighton. Here in UK the flames of Nando's are spreading like wild fire. But even as we grow, our aim is not to be another chain of restaurants. We want each Nando's restaurant to be individual reflecting the local characteristics of each area. Visit some of our restaurants and you will see that although they serve the same great chicken, each one has something unique. This includes 57 restaurants that serve halal chicken. We are known for our PERi-PERi chicken, which has a truly unique taste. Fresh, never frozen, A-grade chickens are butterfly-cut and immediately marinated in the top-secret Nando's marinade for a full 24 hours to ensure that the flavour penetrates right through the meat. The chicken is flame-grilled right in front of you and basted thoroughly in your choice of sauce: Lemon & Herb for the not so brave, Medium PERi-PERi for the slightly more adventurous and Hot or Extra Hot PERi-PERi for the real daredevils. Flame-grilling the chicken means that half the fat of the chicken literally disappears in the process, and the result - the finest tasting chicken in the world.

GoogleI had a really disappointing experience at Nando’s due to the poor customer service. The staff were unhelpful and completely unwilling to accommodate even simple requests. Lakshith staff member was extremely unwelcoming and came across like he did not care about the customer at all. He was more interested in control and power, you could observe this the way he also spoke to his staff, not only to visitors. Also, I would have liked Kowsar to show a little more compassion and understanding. Instead of trying to resolve the issue or show any understanding, they came across as dismissive and uninterested. I have visited this branch a number of times and the experience was a lot better, there are very small requests which can be accommodated at supervisors discretion, for example, changing 1 food item, or applying a discount for the sake of £4, which every other branch has done. This is the first time, the whole visit was frustrating and uncomfortable, and it definitely took away from the dining experience. I expect much better service from a place like Nando’s, and unfortunately this visit fell far below that standard. Considering my family who was with me, showcased and represented the nandos brand through being in direct involvement in the Saka advert last year, playing a vital role in the ad to market and promote the establishment. The staff providing a minimal service to its customers is very important, and if they don't care, perhaps being in the food industry, isn't the right choice of career.
