We ordered pasta around 5pm and ate it within 45 minutes. The food was clearly spoiled. It had a very bad smell and an off taste. My wife ate a small portion and ended up with a stomach upset. When I contacted the manager and asked him to come to our location in Tarneit and check the food himself, he refused. He also clearly said he would not provide any refund and told us to do whatever we want. This is extremely disappointing and concerning from a food safety perspective. I have lodged an official complaint with the council. Would not recommend at all.
