People at front desk are so rude and looks like they don’t know how to talk to customers. So frustrated with their service. Today we ordered Gongura chicken, samosa, bajji, veg noodles and chicken fry. It was a to-go order and they took some time to prepare the food. We waited and then after some time we got the food and went home. After coming home, opened the food from the bags… everything looks good but we don’t see a box for veg noodles then found a box with biryani to check what exactly it was we touched the food and then found it was a Chicken biryani(if it was veg item, we should’ve kept it). We called Nawab’s restaurant and asked how it was happened, they picked the call and told it was their mistake and to replace the chicken biryani with veg noodles we have to go to the restaurant which is again 15 mins drive. It was already late night and we’ve friends at home but we don’t have an option so we went to Nawab’s again to get the Veg noodles. People at the front desk are so rude, they don’t have the food ready and asked me to wait again for sometime. I went to the restaurant by bringing the opened, touched chicken biryani. They took it back and kept it inside the kitchen. Total time waste by traveling again and waiting at the restaurant and at the end not at all satisfied with the food. Not going to Nawabs again.

Gobi Manchurian is my go-to dish. I also love the Butter Chicken!

The quantity offered for the price is not worth it. Ordered 3 quantity of Paneer Masala and the quantity was 2/3 in each container. Same happened with the order of Chana Masala. The samosas are too salty and the size of Naan is same as that of a Roti(small). Service is not good. placed order or Paneer Butter Masala recently on phone. Was told 15min pickup, went after 15 min and then when asked about the order being ready, they first didn’t remember what I had ordered and called out other dish on which I corrected them. Then when asked to wait for another 5 min, I confronted them asking gently if they had forgotten the order, they said to wait 5 min as they had multiple orders before me. The dish got ready in 15min, during which there was no other pickup and the place was empty. The gravy was tasty but the paneer was like rubber. So 2 star or service.
