I’m going to start by applauding the customer service. I had my boyfriend order this for me to pick up and he forgot the garlic bread, parmesan, and chili flakes. So when I arrived and asked to order those separately, the kind man at the host stand took care of it, free of charge. I even pushed to pay before I left and he simply smiled, declined, and said “Just next time, try the cheesy bread instead.” Totally above and beyond, and that alone would get me to return. However, the food blew me away. Great portion, well cooked noodles, and rich sauce for the rigatoni bolognese, and the garlic bread was crunchy and flavorful. I sent it in my work group chat immediately to tell everyone that we have a winner lunch spot just a few blocks away! I will be back, with my coworkers and my boyfriend in tow, soon (and I will try the cheesy bread)!
