About Pho
Stephen and Juliette Wall opened Pho in June 2005 after they travelled to Vietnam and fell in love with the food. They made the decision to start a restaurant serving pho while sat on high stools, slurping pho bo, in Ho Chi Minh City. 15 years later, Pho is still a family-run business serving great value, healthy Vietnamese street food that is cooked fresh daily (no central kitchens!).

GoogleWe chose this restaurant because it catered to both vegans and meat-eaters. There was a good selection of Vietnamese food and very interesting cocktails. Their starters were delicious, especially the Vietnamese pancake! All of us had a curry (chicken, spicy-chicken, THIS isn't chicken) and Wok-fried rice, which apparently is their spiciest dish. We were all highly satisfied with the food quality, and I found the spice level of my chicken curry to be perfect for a person who cannot tolerate too spicy foods. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We were mainly served by Pawel, who was very warm and engaging. As a side note, he was the coolest dressed server I had ever seen, so special shout-out to him. Overall, we had an amazing experience and I will definitely recommend this restaurant to all my friends.
