I had a very disappointing experience at Hungry Jack’s Truganina. I ordered a regular Whopper meal with cheese from the drive-thru and paid $15.65. I received my drink and burger as expected, but something about the burger packaging felt unusual. Thankfully, I checked the burger before eating it (as most of us tend to eat while driving). I discovered that there were layers of bacon inside the burger, even though I did not order bacon. This was extremely concerning for me because, due to my religious beliefs, I do not consume bacon. I was already driving away, but I had to turn back and return the order. While the issue was corrected, this kind of mistake should not happen—especially when it can seriously affect customers with dietary or religious restrictions. Please be very careful when ordering from this location and always check your food before leaving. I have also attached photos of the burger and the staff member who handed me the order for reference. Overall, this was a frustrating and avoidable experience. I hope the management takes this seriously and improves their order accuracy.
