Louisiana style spicy hot fried Chicken. Parking lot sensations now serving at a brick and mortar in Los Angeles. In 2017, four childhood friends came up with a simple concept - take Nashville Hot Chicken and make it better than anyone else in America. With only a couple thousand dollars to their name, they boot-strapped a pop-up concept in a parking lot in East Hollywood serving a simple menu of tenders, sliders, fries, and kale slaw - they created a viral cult following with lines consistently over an hour long.

I’ve gotten dine in and take out frequently, this place absolutely rocks. Inside is good vibes and takeout/dine in are both fast with orders but still put out damn good chicken. Dave’s is more of an in n out equivalent for chicken than chik fil a has ever been, but with incomparably better fries.

I had such a great experience at Dave’s Hot Chicken, all thanks to Enrique! Even though I was in the drive-thru, his friendliness shone through. He greeted me with such a positive and upbeat attitude, making the whole experience enjoyable. Enrique made sure my order was perfect and took the time to double-check everything, which I really appreciated. It’s rare to find someone who can make a quick drive-thru visit feel so personal and welcoming. If you’re heading to Dave’s Hot Chicken, you’ll definitely want to be helped by Enrique.
