GoogleTaj Palace is a bona fide Indian restaurant in Interlaken, Switzerland. Its conveniently located and is run by a hospitality professional who received his training from some of the best chefs in New Delhi. We ordered Chicken Tikka, Butter Chicken, Tandoori Chicken, Daal Makhani, Palak Paneer , Chicken Kofta, Garlic Naan, Cheese and Chilli naan along with Mango Lassi. The food is prepared fresh, is exceptionally delicious, the flavours are robust and spice levels can be adjusted upon request. In our experience the food on each of the three occasions that we dined there, was at par with 5 star standards for Indian cuisine. The owners are extremely polite, courteous and thorough professionals. If you are in Interlaken and are searching for Indian food- look no further!
