About Pearl Indian Restaurant
Pearl Indian Restaurant is a family-owned business that was established in 2012, located on the corner of Sterling Place and Franklin Ave in Crown Heights. Our focus is on North Indian and South Indian food, with a strong emphasis on the rich and diverse flavors of North India. Our founder and head chef, Delwar Miah, immigrated from Bangladesh and worked in several Indian restaurants throughout New York City, including Baluchi's Indian Restaurant. He learned from some of the best Indian chefs in the industry and was later promoted to chef at Baluchi's. When the company decided to shut down, Chef Miah decided to pursue his dream of opening his own restaurant, and thus, Pearl Indian Restaurant was born. Whether you are a fan of classic dishes like biryani, vindaloo, or butter chicken, or you prefer vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options, we have something to suit every taste and preference.
