I went back to this place after few months to order their spicy grilled and spicy fried chicken. The flavor and taste is gone from the time they first opened. The only taste I tasted from both order was the black chilli powder and Red chilli powder. That's it. No flavor at all. Only taste was very very strong red and black chilli powder. Fried chicken was badly coated on all purpose flour with only red chilli powder. Coating was uncooked as can be seen white spots of flour in the photo. The original chick queen flavor and taste is not there any more. I am not going back to them again ever.

The food here is amazing. However, the service is a tad slow and if you're planning on dinning in, be prepared for very loud music. If you're not planning on dinning in, then you'll love the special weekday/weekend prices!

Service is pretty bad. I ordered 2 Combo with 2 PCs grilled chicken. I asked whether it is possible to get 2 PCs fries chicken in one combo instead of grilled chicken. The waiter told me it is not possible. Combo comes with grilled chicken only which makes no sense. I ordered 2 PCs of fried chicken separately anyway. The combo came without biscuit. I noticed it later. When I asked he said that biscuit was not available that is why he gave me extra fries. He didn't tell me anything at the time of serving the order. I think the company needs to arrange more training facilities for their employees.
