Located inside the Liberty truck stop, Liberty kabob is an oasis in the otherwise halal desert of the western Shenandoah valley. There was an assortment of appetizing looking desi dishes but we opted for their most popular items which were the fried fish fillet and the fried chicken tenders. We were not disappointed at all and we can see why these were their most popular items as they were absolutely delicious. There are also prayer mats available and space to pray by the tables.
