I visited KABANA today and was thoroughly impressed by their buffet. They offer an excellent selection that caters to all tastes—ranging from an array of fresh vegetable dishes to equally enticing non-vegetarian options. The staff welcomed me with genuine warmth, and the ambiance of the venue is both modern and inviting. Overall, KABANA is a fantastic spot for a satisfying dining experience, and I highly recommend a visit.

Everything was wonderful! Upon entering our server Eyman was very hospitable and assisted us with sitting down. We ordered tea, hookah, and desserts. The space and atmosphere was clean and smelled great. The desserts were very delicious . They regularly checked in on our hookah to ensure quality. And the green tea hit the spot. Overall the vibes were awesome and service was phenomenal. Great location, easy to find. Staff and service were knowledgeable on the menu and provided a us a great experience.

Visited this restaurant for friend’s birthday party. It was great. Restaurant itself was very spacious. Hostess super nice. I met the manager - Shy - he was very helpful and friendly. I can say that Showed us to private room which is also very spacious They played great music. Had plenty of hookahs going around. Food was absolutely delicious. Wings. Fries. Quesadilla was cheesy and fresh. Tenders Amazing I would recommend. They also will have a different menu after Ramadan and roof top will be opened. O cannot wait to come back

I had a terrible experience here. I stopped by for some hookah and waited 15 minutes without anyone checking on us. When I needed to use the restroom, I approached a young lady—who seemed to be with the managers or owners—to let her know we had been waiting and were ready to order. Instead of taking my order, she brushed me off and said someone else would come. After using the restroom and returning to my table, no one had still come to check on us. Meanwhile, I noticed a Middle Eastern couple walk in, and the same young lady immediately went over to take their order. At that point, we decided to leave. Everyone deserves to be treated with the same respect and attention, regardless of their race. I do not recommend this establishment.

I was PLEASANTLY surprised how great my experience ended up being here. Starting with the interior and set up within the lounge, it truly feels like a VIP experience for all guests. Being open everyday until 4am too is so rare and such a plus. Now for FOOD! I was blown away in the quality of taste and present of each option we got. We got two pizzas, Buffalo wings, Philly Cheesesteaks and Shrimp Tacos. I honestly recommend all of them, especially the Buffalo Chicken Pizza!!! Drinks were presented nicely and refreshing! BIG SHOUTOUT to my guy Ayman who took such great care of us! He’s the man, made everything easy and fun for us ((:

After coming to Kabana a few different times here is what I have to say about this establishment. Customer Service: The customer service is absolutely TERRIBLE! After hours of being there you literally have to get up and go find your waitress because they tend to disappear and never check in on you. They must be understaffed because you never see the servers checking up on any of their tables. On top of all that when you ask for the check they show you the gratuity screen assuming that you're able to select an option BUT they don't let you know that on EVERY check there is an automatic 18% gratuity added!! I normally wouldn't mind that if basic customer service skills was met but they lack it completely! The servers purposefully don't do their job properly because they know they're going to get 18% regardless of how well they perform their job. Food: I ordered wings, fries, and milk cake. The wings weren't crispy and tasted like it was doused in bottled thai sweet chili sauce. The fries were cold and tasted like McDonald's without any salt. The cake tasted straight like rose water. The food was disgusting and I was upset I wasted money on something I took one bite out of. My friends/cousins who have different taste palettes also thought the same. Hookah: The hookah is the ONLY good thing about this place! It pulls nicely and lasts a long time without burning.

So this is probably one of the worst places I ever visited in Virginia for Hookah, food and service. I’m not sure if they were having staffing issues or they just didn’t like to serve food. First, they said it would take 30 mins for the food to arrive ( I ordered a platter and a buffalo pizza) but I was told 40 mins later that they can’t serve me the pizza. I said that’s fine just give me the platter, but once the platter arrives, and I look at it, its 80% rice and 20% lamb. They basically charged me 28$ after taxes to serve me rice…. Later on server tells me that they can serve the pizza, and I said no, I can’t wait that long, the server says it will only take 5 mins, but it took longer and their pizza was a disaster… barely any meat, look at the referenced pictures. I paid around 90$ for the hookah and food and I still left hungry. Visited a local shop and ate a 12$ platter that filled me up to the brim and guess what, it had more meat than rice. Horrible place, go to an actual hookah bar, not a hookah disguised as a Resturant.

Kabana was amazing, i used to be a very frequent customer there, the atmosphere was incredible and my favorite part was the staff, particularly the two ladies who were very attentive and kind every time. Last time i’ve been there was about a year ago, i went back this month because unfortunately after moving states i couldn’t go there as much as i wanted to and i found out that the vibe was completely different, they replaced most of the staff and the energy is not the same anymore. I wish they would bring back the incredible vibe from before because as of now if feels like they did a 180 from they used to do.
