We had shepherd salad , lamb kebab and lagman. Everything was tasty and fresh. Highly recommend. The server- Beka- was very attentive and informative. Thanks very much.
Always get a delicious and filling meal at a good price here. Love their noodles but today I got the Kazan Lamb Kabab and it was so tasty. The eggplant salad and salmon kabab also paired well together with the nan! Since last time I was here they have switched to a QR code menu and ordering, but it wasn’t clear that many dishes had a vegetarian option. I swear some you could get with tofu instead of beef, but maybe that is by request only?
Food is fresh and delicious, dishes came out quickly and service is kind and friendly! We had an amazing experience and will definitely return!
If you're craving authentic Uyghur cuisine, Bostan Uyghur Cuisine is the place to go. Located in a quiet corner of Arlington, VA, this small, cozy restaurant has excellent service. We tried a few dishes today, lamb kebabs, Samsa, cold skin noodles, chopped fried soman, kazan kebabs, and stir-fried rice noodles. Everything was delicious, but the chopped fried soman was definitely our favorite!
Great food and attentive service. They now serve food much faster than before. The chicken hot stew was a highlight. We also liked the lamb skewers vey much. The pilaf was okay. The prices were also reasonable in Arlington, VA. The staff were friendly and ensured that we had everything needed. We had a positive experience overall and would love to come back again sometime.
Food was absolutely amazing. We ordered the eggplant, stewed chicken and the goshan. Chefs kiss! They warned us the chicken stew would be spicy. It def had kick but was prob a 3 out of 5 when it came to spiciness.
This restaurant is really fantastic! The ambience is comfortable, the food tastes great and the service is very attentive and the waiters are very friendly. The dining experience was very pleasant. Highly recommended ~
We tried lamb kabab, chicken kabab, uyghur style polao, uyghur naan, lagmen, stir fried noodles, and chicken manta. Everything was delicious, and tasted fresh, except the manta and lagmen which were bland. Overall a good Uyghur food experience!! Service was a little slow though. I would definitely recommend this place, do pay them a visit.
