I have never eaten at a halal restaurant. Have to say I highly enjoyed it. The food was hands done one of the best places I have been to. You could Taste how fresh the food was and the flavors in every bite. The serve was also the best I have seen at any place. I will suggest the central Asian bread, honey cake, fruit tea, and stir fried vegetables with hand pulled noodles!
Very tasty food. The waiters are polite, the service is pleasant. There were no seats, but we all waited and it was worth it. Thanks to the establishment!
The fruit tea is a must try! So delicious I ordered the chicken and beef kabob skewers. Comes with rice, fries and side of veggies The chicken and beef was so juicy and tender They close pretty late compared to most local restaurants. Although parking kinda such its Definitely a place to enjoy some great food
A great culinary experience of Central Asia. Arzan Cafe is one of the best new restaurants in Albany Park / Irving Park area. If you are new to Central Asian cuisine, its a mix of oriental asian and middle eastern cuisines. The restaurant is fairly small but has alot of seating area and nice decor including marble tabletops and modern style cushioned chairs. The cuisine includes various kabob and rice dishes from chicken, beef and lamb kabob as well as more stewed or stir fried dishes with meat as well as noodle dishes. While our food was quite good some of it was a bit too salty. Will definitely give them another try.
Fantastic dining experience! The manty and baked chicken shawarma were incredible - the shawarma was possibly the best I've ever had. And the honey cake? Moist and absolutely divine! Great food, great atmosphere. Can’t wait to try the other dishes they serve. We'll definitely be back!
“I had a great dining experience at Azaan restaurant! I ordered the Soup Palmeni, Greek salad, Lagman noodles, Lamb Kuurdak, and Compote. The Soup Palmeni was flavorful and comforting, with tender dumplings. The Greek salad was fresh and crisp, a perfect start to the meal. The Lagman noodles were hearty and well-seasoned, while the Lamb Kuurdak was perfectly cooked, with the lamb tender and full of flavor. To top it off, the Compote was a delightful, refreshing drink. Overall, I was very impressed with both the quality of the food and the warm atmosphere!”
Milk cake tasted like basic Jewel-Osco cake and I’m not sure why they put this misleading picture of it on Uber Eats. Samosa was really dry and plain.(Hopefully they can fix the menu). Overall ok but I wouldn’t come back. There’s a couple of Central Asian restaurants in Chicago that are way better.
