Mama Maria Pizza

Have tried their pizza and wings and both were decent. As with many other desi restaurants/businesses, there is a lack of courtesy that really bugs me. It almost feels like they think they are doing us a favor by opening a restaurant. Case in point. I order pizza and wings online on Mama Maria’s website for pickup. Got there at the pickup time as stated on the order only to be told there was a glitch and they didn’t see the order. The man behind the counter was just give us 10 minutes and we will bring the order out to your car (I was parked right in front of the store). I go wait in the car and then after about 24 minutes, I see the same person bring out the order from the kitchen and just leaves it on the counter. I wait about 30 seconds and then walk in and he points to me that that is my order. No sorry for the delay, no thank you for waiting, nothing. I have been trying not to order food from American franchise and give business to local Muslim owned businesses but they don’t make it easy.
