Me and all my friends love New York grill. It is a weekly/bi-weekly meal for me. You can’t go wrong with anything on the menu!! Especially the rice platters. The servings are plentiful and soo tasty!! I come here repeatedly because the pricing, quality, serving size and staff are exceptional. Also the carrot cake is heaven. Support local!! Don’t go to trash food chains.

First of all it was HALAL and The place is clean and neat, I had a grilled shrimp and chicken over rice with garden salad on the plate, food was delicious and yummy, and meat was seasoned and marinated really good and salad also fresh and rice was moist and soft and tender. I liked it here, they are friendly and welcoming, I would recommend here to anybody who is walking by or in the town looking quick get restaurant style food, here you have it!!! Only problem is street parking you have to find empty spot between cars to park if you want to go dine in or just quick stop and pick your food.

My food was delicious. The chicken gyro was the best I have ever tasted. It was so big I couldn't finish. Great deal.

This place rocks! The food is delicious. It’s always immaculately clean. The staff is super nice. It’s affordable. It’s fast. What more do you want? Pick up and walk to Malcom X park! Or eat in. Not fancy; but a-okay.

This place is amazing!! The staff is amazing! The prices are very reasonable! You get a good amount of great food. The lamb over rice is 10/10 Kieth Lee eye roll back type of 10! Get extra sauce on the lamb over rice you won’t regret it and get it spicy you can get the spicy on the side if you are unsure.

I recommend this place 100%, the food is really really good, this little establishment doesn't look like much but I swear you can trust me, the food is incredible and so is the service! In fact, I'd particularly like to thank Anna ( Hanna ? Not sure of the spelling) for her warm welcome and incredible service! Go there with your eyes closed, an excellent address in Dc!

I wish we had a place like this in Seattle. I am stunned at how excellent the lamb, sauces, and rice tasted in my dish. They also provide significant quantity, so there's really no downside to this restaurant. I can say without hesitation that it lives up to hype of its high review scores.
