GoogleVisited on 26.02.26 around 12-1pm. Ordered in the self-service with around 2 orders before mine, couple people came into the restraunt and it felt like the self-service orders were being pushed back. The woman (Tayybana or Tabbyana, not sure on spelling) was working alone which I understand may be stressful but I don’t understand why wouldn’t you put more workers on during the busy times? This hasn’t been the first time it’s taken over 35 minutes to get a single sandwhich and cookie. The sandwhich was cold stone when I received it. The sandwhich is messy, the paper was cut into the sandwhich… not even enjoyable to eat.

GoogleWaiting over half an hour for my sub with roughly 5 people infront of me. Always one person working even when it’s busy. 35 minutes for one sandwich is atrocious. I am judged and laughed at when asking for my order too.

GoogleThe lady was alone on service for over an hour working through multiple in person and online orders all herself. It was a Sunday lunchtime and isn’t first time. Not sure how she was meant to take a drink of water or trip to toilet during this. Open door policy means she would not be able to visit toilet without high street exposed to empty shop and angry customers. Further if she ran out of anything during this busy period she would have to restock herself. She had no time to clear the mess people left behind

GoogleOrdered at the self-service checkout (takeaway) — a menu deal (baguette, drink, cookie or chips) plus an extra baguette. When my friend picked it up, we only got the baguettes. We had to point out the missing items, and were told we had already taken the drink (not true, since I had a nearly empty drink from somewhere else). After insisting, we finally got the cookie, but completely missed out on the chips. Really poor service — staff didn’t greet us, didn’t pay attention, and when making the food, one of them touched the door and other surfaces with the same gloves used to prepare it.
