Who knew you could eat so good at a gas station! Chicken sandwich was packed with flavor. The cabbage may have been my favorite part of the sandwich but that does not mean the rest of it was lacking in any way. The sauce that the chicken is dipped in is delicious and next time I will be asking for more on the side. The sandwich is big enough to feel satisfied but wanting more. Definitely worth stopping by especially if you need to fill up your tank.
Good late night option. Beats fast food. I found the food to be a little under seasoned. The chicken tenders were very bland. The crunch wrap was good but again, under seasoned. The burger was the best out of all three.
Blue Hour NYC is a standout spot for halal fast food in Brooklyn, proving that great food can come from unexpected places. Operating out of a gas station, they serve up flavorful, high-quality dishes like juicy, well-seasoned burgers and perfectly crispy chicken sandwiches. The portions are generous, the ingredients fresh, and the flavors unforgettable. Whether you’re stopping by for a quick bite or satisfying late-night cravings, this hidden gem delivers every time. Don’t miss it!
Bushwick’s BP gas station just got a major upgrade! This hidden gem inside the Myrtle Ave gas station is absolutely delicious. Great food, great service, and such cool branding. I love this affordable and delicious approach to takeout. The smash burger was one of the best I’ve ever had. It came with a delicious secret sauce and the perfect cheese, pickle and onion combo. I only wish I made it a double patty! Perfectly seasoned fries were a great portion size for the price point. And the “dragon boy” hot chicken sandwich was also fabulous - a great combo of crispy, sweet, and spicy. The passion fruit lemonade was also so good and refreshing! Can’t wait to go back and try some more of their menu items!
This viral spot opened earlier this year and despite being hesitant about a restaurant in a gas station I finally got a chance to try it out. YES this spot is inside the gas station you can't miss it once you go inside. They actually have a wide selection of classic late night eats like a chop cheese, chicken sandwich and even their take on the crunch wrap supreme. Now while I wouldn't consider any of this health food it was quite good and I anticipate a great option after coming home from the bar. I wouldn't say they are fast with ordering but this is not a fast food spot it operates more like a deli. This is a good option for late night eats in the area.
A bushwick Gem! Everything about this place is carefully thought out and executed perfectly! from the really cool branding to the seasoning on the fries it was all on point. The staff were super nice and inviting I can’t wait to come back and try more of their amazing menu! I had the chicken sandwich which was the perfect balance of sweet but also spicy and tasted really fresh and clean. Super cool place and I can’t wait to come back. Definitely a great new addition to the neighborhood
Ok so the pics don’t really capture the experience we had but we were so excited to try everything we rushed that part. We ordered the smash burger, spicy chicken sandwich, cwunch wrap supreme, crown jewel and chapli over rice. Smash burger was the best one I’ve tried probably - those nice crispy bits on the edges of the patty and their special sauce which was complex, flavorful and had a nice slow heat. Cwunch wrap was out of control good and didn’t come with the guilt the OG makes you feel after eating it. Ask for their house hot sauce (which has some serious aromatics, a little bit of sweetness and a warming heat that you wanna keep going back for) and throw it on that wrap or whatever you end up ordering. Spicy chicken sandwich was totally perfect and clearly made with quality ingredients and it was spicyyyy but the kind that feels good and again, makes you go back for more! Crown jewel was possibly our favorite? That thing was classy! Chicken, eggplant, balsamic glaze, nice amount of mozzarella - could have charged twice as much for that little piece of art. And finally the Chapli over rice and which was an elevated version of your favorite halal truck with white sauce and everything. This food was seriously elegant and I can’t believe it’s coming out of a gas station! You can taste the love, care and commitment to their food. Thank you Blue Hour we love you!! Ali was kind beyond words and we really appreciated the service.
Blue hour is in a BP gas station. Food was average. Nothing special. Got the crown jewel and needed more sauce and barely tasted the flavor. Very bland taste. Didn’t like it and same goes for the platter. Flavors were not there.
